1. Booking Fee and Course Payment
All payments made for our training courses include a non-refundable booking fee, a Craft Master Licence, and a training kit.
The booking fee secures your spot for the selected training date and is non-refundable under any circumstances.
Your Craft Master Licence is uniquely assigned to you and cannot be transferred or reassigned once the payment has been completed.
2. Training Kit Policy
Training kits are tailored specifically for each course and include materials necessary for practical sessions.
Please note that the products within the kits have expiry dates and are procured specifically for your training. Due to hygiene and safety regulations, these kits cannot be returned, exchanged, or resold once issued.
3. Non-Refundable Policy
Once a purchase is made, no refunds will be issued for the booking fee, Craft Master Licence, or training kits under any circumstances.
4. Rescheduling Policy
Rescheduling requests made within less than two weeks’ notice will not be accommodated, and the student will forfeit the full course fee.
If a student wishes to amend their training date, a minimum of two weeks’ notice is required before the original course date.
5. Licence Activation
The Craft Master Licence is activated upon full payment and is tied to the individual purchaser. It cannot be altered, reassigned, or refunded after activation.
6. Acceptance of Terms
By making a payment, you confirm that you have read, understood, and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
